Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Services and Items are delivered at the time of Reservation at the selected Airport Location.

Concierge Availability

  • Concierge will be available to receive phone calls and/or text messages one hour prior to the start of the service.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Credit card will be charged date of service.
  • Cancellation must be made more than 24 hours in advance to receive refund. To cancel, call (855) 822-9868 or send an email to reservations@airportbutler.com with the word ‘Cancel’ and your reservation number.
  • No shows will be charged at full rate.
  • Service time will be automatically adjusted in case of flight delay or cancellation.
  • It Is the responsibility of the passenger to notify us of any changes in their flight schedule, meeting time or meeting place.
  • Rates do not include taxes.
  • By booking Airport Butler service, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • Airport Butler reserves the right to adjust the fee based upon last minute changes i.e. porter service, lounge service, food and beverage, etc.
