Services and Items are delivered at the time of Reservation at the selected Airport Location.
Concierge Availability
Concierge will be available to receive phone calls and/or text messages one hour prior to the start of the service.
Personal Data
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Credit card will be charged date of service.
Cancellation must be made more than 24 hours in advance to receive refund. To cancel, call (855) 822-9868 or send an email to reservations@airportbutler.com with the word ‘Cancel’ and your reservation number.
No shows will be charged at full rate.
Service time will be automatically adjusted in case of flight delay or cancellation.
It Is the responsibility of the passenger to notify us of any changes in their flight schedule, meeting time or meeting place.
Rates do not include taxes.
By booking Airport Butler service, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.
Airport Butler reserves the right to adjust the fee based upon last minute changes i.e. porter service, lounge service, food and beverage, etc.
