Whether departing, arriving, or connecting through the airport, our Airport Butler meet and greet service makes your travel day as seamless as possible.

Departing

An Airport Butler concierge will greet clients curbside upon arrival to the airport and will stay by their side until they are boarded and the plane pushes back for takeoff.

Regardless of traveling First Class, Business Class or Economy Class, clients will be met curbside and escorted to check-in.

Baggage Assistance

Assistance with luggage upon arrival, through check-in and bag drop process.

Monitor Flight Status

An Airport Butler concierge will monitor flight details to ensure on-time departure and assist with preboarding privileges when possible. Special arrangements can be made in the event of a flight delay or cancellation. If the client has a designated point of contact such as a friend, family member, or travel agent: our concierge will provide updated flight details.

Arriving

Whether clients are returning home or arriving at their vacation or business destination, an Airport Butler concierge will meet them at the gate, stay by their side, and ensure they are connected with their ground transportation arrangements.

Book Arrival Service

Greeting at Gate

For domestic arrivals, clients will be met at the gate and escorted to collect bags, and then to ground transportation. For international arrivals into the U.S., clients will be met outside of the Customs and Immigration area, post-baggage claim.

Monitor Flight Status

A client’s designated point of contact, such as a friend, family member, or travel agent will be constantly notified of the flight status to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Baggage Assistance

Clients will be escorted to the correct baggage carousel and assist with carrying their personal belongings to their ground transportation arrangement.

Connecting

As soon as they arrive on their inbound flight, clients will be greeted by an Airport Butler concierge and escort them until they are boarded onto their connecting flight.

Book Connection Service

Greeting at Gate with Terminal Transfer

An Airport Butler concierge will greet clients at their gate (U.S. domestic arrivals and all YVR arrivals) and escort them to any connecting gate transfer within the same airport. For international arrivals into the U.S., clients will be greeted after they collect their bags and clear Customs and Immigration.
