We take the health and safety of our concierge agents and our clients very seriously. Airport Butler has a thorough COVID-19 safety plan in place. Our agents wear facial coverings, disposable gloves, practice social distancing, frequent hand washing, and other hygiene protocols suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
In addition, our agents must complete a pre-service assessment to ensure they are symptom-free and are in compliance with our health and safety plans prior to the start of every service.
We ask our clients to be respectful of our policies and our agents by also wearing a facial covering and practicing social distancing protocols during their service.
